Warewashers: As school caterers look to increase their warewashing capacity to keep up with demand LACA reports on the latest energy saving developments.

Schools are looking to invest in better warewashing facilities to cope with the extra demands of UIFSM. Buyers will be looking for machines that offer lower running costs and greater efficiencies in reduced fuel, water and chemical use and there is a raft of product to choose from that can do this.
